With over 15 years in the professional sports area, Christina’s coaching breath spans from the red carpet, to Oscar nominated writers, celebrities, body building competitors, Iron men, triathletes, all the way to hopeful, expecting, and new  mothers, as well as the beginning novice straight off the couch.
